Areas of Focus

  • You might look calm on the outside but feel constantly tense or ‘on-alert’ inside. Together, we’ll work on calming your nervous system, challenging unhelpful thoughts, and building a sense of safety in your body. You’ll begin to feel calm, connected and confident again.

  • Whether it’s substances, food, work, screen-time, or other habits that have become

numbing, we’ll explore what these behaviors are protecting you from. We’ll explore your underlying needs and find healthier ways to meet them. My approach is compassionate and shame-free, grounded in curiosity and accountability.

  • Many of us learn to be self-critical as a way to protect ourselves. Together we’ll explore where this comes from and grow new ways of relating to yourself with greater kindness and steadiness.

  • If you find yourself repeating the same patterns in relationships - pushing people away, people pleasing, or struggling to trust - we’ll work together to understand your attachment story. You’ll learn new ways to communicate, set boundaries, and connect with confidence.

  • Sometimes our pain isn’t from a single event, but a slow drift away from our own self. We will work together to help you find your way back to yourself. You can reconnect with your intuition, emotions, and inner sturdiness.
